Experiential marketing, evolved. You've never built a campaign like this.
Facebook Integration
Brands can use photo display pages as a portal to their social networking presence. In turn, social posts that share event photos can generate significant traffic back to the campaign Microsite, brand website, and Facebook page. It's a powerful feedback loop that results in social networking superstardom.
FotoZap Wireless Event Printer
The FotoZap Wireless Event Printer and the Ricoh FotoZap Camera… never before has photo activation seen such a dynamic duo. The printer outputs pro-quality photos from up to 100 feet away in seconds, and each print includes the brand's logo or a custom decorative border.
Ricoh FotoZap® Camera
What if we took all this complicated equipment and put it into one simple package? That's the question we asked 10 years ago when we were deploying the first photo activation systems on the market. The result? The Ricoh FotoZap Camera, now in its third generation release.
FotoZap® Data Entry PDA
The FotoZap® Data Entry PDA is a WiFi-enabled device that enables onsite data collection and immediate upload. The unit can gather hand-entered data, or use an integrated license scanner to capture information with a single swipe.
Ultra-Personalized Direct Mail
Variable Data Printing allows us to pull some pretty snazzy marketing moves with the data gathered during a photo activation. Pictures, contact info, and survey answers come together to create remarkable personalized mail pieces, and allow brands to precisely target offers to each recipient based on his or her individual survey responses.
Greenscreen with Online Background Changes
Our favorite thing about Virtual Greenscreen is that it allows fans to interact directly with their photos. It's fun for the fans, gives them an extra reason to share, and earns valuable brand facetime as participants (and their viral buddies) connect with the apps online.
Insert-a-Face Photo Activity
Insert-a-Face is the high tech version of the classic "face in the hole" photo op display. Our technology allows consumers to integrate their faces into a selection of branded scenes or characters as they're viewing their photos online. Participants can become the star of an album cover, the hero on a movie poster, the punch line of a humorous scene... or be featured in a brand advertisement!
Keepsake Photo Access Cards
To leave fans with a strong impression and a take-home keepsake, brands can integrate Photo Access barcodes into unique objects like metal dog tags, event tickets, or keychains. In fact, brands can use any object as a Photo Access Card, so long as we can print a barcode on it.
Custom Camera Wrap
Every element of a Picture Marketing photo activation is designed to integrate with a brand's message… including the camera itself. The Ricoh FotoZap® Camera can be skinned with a sponsor's colors, logo, or other design elements to create a rich visual impression and extend onsite branding at an event.
Microsite
The Microsite is the core digital component of the Picture Marketing digital+live experience. Consumers visit a campaign Microsite to retrieve their event photos and participate in the brand's online community or activities. Brands can amp up the Microsite with a slew of creative options like Virtual Greenscreen, adver-games, photo stores, and photo animation. Social media and sharing options are fully integrated, of course.
Drag-and-Drop
When a Drag-and-Drop photo activity is built into the campaign Microsite, participants are given the option of decorating their photos with fun props, stickers, speech bubbles, and other custom elements. The drag-and-drop options align with campaign themes so that the final product is a memorable, personalized image that carries the brand's message.
Twitter Integration
Allow fans to share their branded photo experience with legions of Twitter followers. Your campaign Microsite can feature a "Tweet This" button that invites users to post links to their photos along with brand-customized text (up to the 140-character limit, of course).
Sweepstakes
Fans already have plenty of reason to pick up their photos online – the memories, the sharing, the awesome brand association… But if you're looking to add some sugar to the deal, a turn-key sweepstakes promo can boost pickup rates and generate huge buzz around your photo op.
Digital Photo Overlay
Digital Photo Overlays ensure that your branding travels with a photo wherever it goes… from initial pickup to viral email, Facebook walls to Twitter posts. The Ricoh FotoZap® Camera can permanently embed a watermark onto each photo as it's captured, and additional overlays can be incorporated once the image is online at the Microsite (in case you want to let your fans choose their own personalized overlays).
LCD Monitor Slide Show
We've sung the praises of photo op signage – it draws people to your footprint, helps wrangle them onsite, and makes your brand look goooood. What's better than good? Digital. This LCD monitor can complement (or replace) printed event signage to draw even more attention to your photo opportunity.
Online Photo Store
Some might call a photo keepsake the ultimate digital+live accessory. After all, we're transforming digital images into totable, huggable coffee mugs and canvas bags. Whatever your favorite souvenir, an online photo store can deliver it. Fans can order their branded photo printed on anything from a picnic blanket to a keychain.
Custom Reporting Options
Picture Marketing helps you collect a lot of data. So it's only natural that we're here to help you slice and dice it… any way you like. We offer an expansive range of reporting options, from daily or weekly updates with overview information to comprehensive lead reports. Data can be delivered in a variety of different formats depending on a brand's preferences or requirements.
Photo Pickup using Mobile SMS
Every Picture Marketing activation is set up to enable fans to retrieve their event photos via SMS. The SMS pickup acts as another point of engagement for the brand, and creates an opportunity for consumers to opt-in to mobile alerts, coupons, or sweepstakes. The sponsor can further engage users by inviting them to visit a Facebook page or install a branded app… all via a series of automated text messages and prompts.
Photo Access Cards
Each time brand ambassadors capture an image, they scan Photo Access Cards and hand one to each of the lucky photo subjects. Event attendees follow the instructions on these branded cards to retrieve their event photos online. The cards also act as a take-home reminder of the experiential campaign.
Camera-to-Web Automatic Uploader
With the Camera-to-Web Automatic Uploader, brand photos are sent to the web in real-time as they are captured. Photographers can continue to roam the event taking photos, while their images are seamlessly transmitted and available for viewing online within minutes.

Social Networking Integration
Photo activation isn't just about the snapshots you capture at an event – it's about the sharing that happens afterward, too, and the social media power that comes with it. Every campaign Microsite comes loaded with networking tools that allow your fans to connect with your brand, share their photos, and post the memories online.
